Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling
At Mahj Over Matter, we understand that plans can change — and we aim to be as flexible as possible while maintaining fairness for all participants.
Private & Group Lessons

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded in full.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled lesson are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once, subject to instructor availability.

Please reach out promptly if you need to adjust your booking so we can accommodate your request.
Special Events & Workshops

Event registrations are non-refundable once confirmed, as space and materials are reserved in advance.

You may transfer your spot to another participant if you are unable to attend.
No-Shows

Participants who do not attend a scheduled lesson or event without prior notice are considered no-shows and are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Instructor Cancellations
In the rare event that Mahj Over Matter must cancel or reschedule a session, you will receive your choice of a full refund or credit toward a future lesson or event.
