Mahj Over Matter provides Mahjong instruction, coaching, and events. Details about offerings, pricing, and scheduling are available on our website or directly from us.
2. Bookings & Payments

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (such as Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal).

We do not store your payment information.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

Private Lessons / Small Groups: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Special Events: Tickets are transferable but non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Mahj Over Matter.

If Mahj Over Matter cancels a lesson or event, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Conduct
We strive to create a welcoming, respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior disrupts the learning experience or makes others feel unsafe.
5. Liability
Participation in lessons and events is voluntary. Mahj Over Matter is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during any lesson or event.
